The cleanliness of the facilities exceeded my high standards, and the spaciousness of the rooms, renovated within the last 5-7 years, added to the charm of this classic German guesthouse-type hotel in the Black Forest. Opening the windows all the way allowed the crisp mountain air to invigorate my senses, and the free car parking in front of the hotel, with the option to park overnight at the public car park if necessary, made exploring the nearby attractions hassle-free.What truly set Zur Linde apart was the attention to detail in every corner of the hotel. The availability of ironing facilities ensured I always looked polished for my outings to the nearby Baden-Baden, while the cozy sitting area in my room provided a perfect spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The terraces offered breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, allowing me to soak in the natural beauty of the area while enjoying a glass of wine from the self-serve fridge.As a seasoned traveler, I have come to appreciate the little luxuries that make a hotel stay truly exceptional, and Zur Linde did not disappoint. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, the free toiletries added a touch of pampering, and the flat-screen TV with ample channels provided entertainment on quiet evenings in.
